Ezz Al Rashediah

The most interesting thing that I can tell you about Ezz Al Rashediah happens so quickly in the above Arabian Essence video, that if you aren't paying close attention, you will miss it! Starting at approx -1.58 and ending at -1.55, you will witness Ezz Al Rashediah morph into his sire, Ansata Nile Echo for a few strides! Ezz Al Rashediah is a 2014 grey stallion, bred by Mr. Rashid Abdul Rahman Al Jasmi of Al Rashediah Stud in Bahrain. Sired by Ansata Nile Echo, Ezz Al Rashediah and Naseem Al Rashediah are maternal siblings; as both stallions are out of Nabaweyah Ezzain (Ansata AlMurtajiz x NK Nakeebya). However, the two stallions are genetically closer than maternal siblings, as both horses enjoy the presence of Ansata Halim Shah via the sire line. In Ezz Al Rashediah, his sire is a grandson of Ansata Halim Shah; while Naseem's sire, Al Adeed Al Shaqab is a son. It really comes down to the  dams of Al Adeed Al Shaqab (Sundar Alisayyah) and Ansata Nile Echo (Ansata White Nile)  to establish the difference between the two horses. Ansata White Nile is a balanced blending of old Egyptian lines (Fada and Fa-Habba, via the Babson breeding program, founded on the horses imported from Egypt in 1932), as well as the Dahman and Saqlawi strains, as found within the Ansata breeding program. Sundar Alisayyah, on the other hand, is representative of the blending of the Kuhaylan Rodan strain, with that of a Hadban tail female line (as found in the Albadeia and EAO breeding programs), while adding a touch of the Abeyyan strain (Ruminaja Ali via his maternal granddam, *Magidaa) for that extra bit of sparkle. In studying the maternal lines, you will better understand how to utilize the genetic influence of each horse best. It's not that one stallion is better than the other, because really, the horses are more similar, than they are different. It's the unique "flavor" that each horse offers, that may complement one program, over another.
